Returns Policy

Start the Return Process

Must contact Customer Support at 1-877-492-3018 or during regular business hours to schedule a return or exchange.

Return Deadlines

All returns must be returned or postmarked no later than 30 days from the original purchase date.

Received Incorrect Order

If customer receives an incorrect item, we will promptly replace incorrect items. No extra charges will be incurred by customer.


Product damaged in transit will be replaced promptly at no additional cost to the costumer. To report damages products, the customer must contact customer support within 30 days and will be required to submit photographic proof of damages to

When submitting an email, please include your order # in the subject line and up to 3 images of standard size. Only one order per email.

Customer Order Error

If a wrong size is ordered, product exchanges are accepted. Exchanges will not incur additional processing fees but shipping charges may be apply.

Guidelines and Restrictions

1. Product must be unused and in resalable condition and must include original packaging.

2. Custom, obsolete and discontinued merchandise not eligible for returns.

3. Original shipping charges, extended delivery fees, and all other handling costs are not refundable.

4. We reserve the right to refuse any returns.

Processing Returns

Returns are subject to cost of shipping product back plus any applicable extended-delivery fees.


Balance, minus all applicable shipping charges, will be credited back to customer’s credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note, credit card companies may take an additional 2- 10 business days to post the credit back to customer’s account. We reserve the right to refuse any returns.
